Our tentative staff at Stairport Trans Ltd will endeavor to ensure you get to your destination on time and collected from your destination on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for circumstances which are out of our control i.e.
Accidents causing traffic delays.
Exceptional or severe weather conditions.
Extraordinary changes to flight status.

Deposits

Once you have received you quotation, please pay the deposit of 50.00 pounds. Payments can be accepted by bank transfer. details will be provided on your quotation. Please use the quotation reference number for the payment. Once the deposit has been received, we will send you a full invoice

Please allow 24 hours or more before your journey for booking. The earlier you can book in the more likely we can accommodate your travel.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel you booking please contact us at your earliest convenience.

Note: By making a booking and sending a payment or a deposit, you are accepting out full terms and conditions. Any spoiling, greasing, staining with liquids, food, vomit, mud will incur a valeting fee of 120.00 pounds if deemed necessary. Any damage, or destruction will be charged as per repair costs by Mercedes standard costing.

Complaints

We feel sure you will not have any concern for complaint but in the unlikely event that you do, we would need to receive your complaint in writing no later than 5 working day of the alleged incident.
